Collection: All orders can be collected from our store in Canvey Island, Essex during store opening hours. If customers would like to pickup at a different time, please call us to discuss our flexible pickup times and options 01268 680216.

Parcel Delivery – 0-20KG (Non Hazardous): Orders that does not contain Hazardous products can be shipped by parcel up to 20KG anywhere in the UK mainland. Rates for parcels are based on 0-10KG (£4.99) and then 10-20KG (£6.99).

Pallet Delivery – Orders over 20KG and Hazardous: Orders containing Hazardous Products or that weigh over 20KG will be shipped by pallet and by our trusted and approved HazChem distributor. Pallet rates are variable and are calculated based on location in the UK.

It is your responsibility to ensure you’re present for your pallet delivery as Hazardous deliveries must be signed for and can’t be left outside, our delivery driver will call 2 hours before delivery to remind and give confirmation of an estimated delivery time. If your delivery is missed, you’re responsible to pay for redelivery at the same rate – we work closely with our driver to ensure this doesnt happen through reminders and delivery day confirmation and updates through phone or email. If orders are over 1000KG (needing a second pallet), we will contact you to take payment for the delivery of an additional pallet.
